Who We Are


LTB Entertainment is a Live Music & Entertainment production company that has been producing stellar concerts and events in over 20 US cities for over 20 years. We have provided quality entertainment with such artists and groups as: Lady Antebellum, Dolly Parton, Drake, and Kendrick Lamar to name a few.

LTB Entertainment has also produced events at some of the largest and most famous venues such as Madison Square Garden, Pruden6al Center, and MGM Grand in Las Vegas. We are currently generating revenue by producing concerts for recording artists Cardi B, Lil Wayne, and Z.Z. Top.

LTB Entertainment is led by former VP of Marketing for Universal music Group and curently CEO of LTB Entertainment, Lenny Hansen, affectionately known as Lenny The Barber. Lenny started his career in entertainment as a personal groomer to some of music and sports biggest names such as “Shaquille O’Neil” and the late great musical genius “Prince”.

Meet The Team



    Lenny Hansen, affec8onately known as Lenny the Barber, started his career in entertainment as a personal groomer to some of music and sports biggest stars. His New York roots, marke8ng savvy and natural ability to keep his finger on the pulse of pop culture, has carried Lenny from cura8ng New York's hoNest nightlife des8na8ons; to producing highly-rated reality shows and concerts with top billing ar8sts; to his latest venture of producing rising star FeNy Wap's first solo tour. He credits these experiences, his keen understanding of the consumer, and his rela8onships with key connectors for his success in consistently producing ground-breaking and original entertainment experiences for over 20 years.



    Moving from a small town in Trinidad and Tobago at the age of 16, Adise completed his teenage years in the culturally rich borough of Brooklyn, New York. With his dream to work within the entertainment industry, Adise formed his first company, Dohcare Promo8ons, which successfully produced and marketed college events and would later on expand to concerts in the NYC area. In 2010 Adise formed Carefree Na8on, an entertainment and hospitality company. Carefree Na8on's niche was to take their connec8ons and knowledge and expand into the nightlife world in New York City. Adise has since owned 3 different nightclubs including Greenhouse NY, W.I.P. (Work in Progress) and Kovo.



    Gus Heninburg is the owner of the Bodie Group, a full service event produc8on company. With a commitment to excellence and ability to produce year a_er year, Gus and the Bodie Group have been the go-to produc8on company for some of the country's biggest events, including Hot 97's Summer Jam, On The Reggae Tip, GQ Men of the Year, Revlon's Walk Against Breast Cancer, and Vibe Magazines special events.Not only is Gus commiNed to his cra_ but, he shares his passion for crea8ng excellence within the community as well. Gus is a co-founder of G2 Lacrosse, a new urban lacrosse program developed to offer inner city youth, an integrated mentorship program through the apprecia8on of the game of lacrosse. When Gus is not on the field coaching or on the deck building shows, Gus is at home crea8ng in the kitchen for his six children.



    Chiara Morrison, Founder of Crea8ve Mind’, began her professional career in live event produc8on for Trevanna Entertainment. In 2011, Chiara began working as Box Office Manager at MassachuseNs Museum of Contemporary Art. She worked on various fes8vals, including Bang On A Can, Fresh Grass and Wilco Solid Sound. Chiara returned to New York to work at Emmis Communica8ons in Promo8ons and Marke8ng. In just over a year, Chiara was promoted to the Event Partnership Manager where she lead the partnership package development for Hot 97, Loud Digital Network and Incite Cause Marke8ng for Emmis NY and worked on Summer Jam, On The Reggae Tip and April Fools Comedy Show. Chiara served as the Senior Manager of Community Engagement and Cul8va8on at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. While at NJPAC, Chiara launched “NJPAC in YOUR Community”– an effort to bring programming and experiences off the stage and into the community to engage, enrich and develop diverse audiences for the Arts Center. In May 2016, Chiara joined iHeartMedia as the Director of Promo8ons for 103.5 KTU and Power 105.1, where she executed KTUPhoria, Powerhouse, NYC Pride, Camp Izze, and more. Her services included but, were not limited to, strategy development, branding, speech wri8ng, gala produc8on, marke8ng and one-on-one coaching.



    Azar is the founder of Enigma Management, a music management and consul8ng company represen8ng ar8sts, songwriters and producers such as August Rigo (songwriter to Chris Brown, Jus8n Bieber, One Direc8on & more) as well as GineNe ClaudeNe (Sony recording ar8st). Azar began her career in music as a DJ in Montreal, Canada - via Dubai & Tehran - where she was the host of a HipHopradio show on CKUT 90.3FM. She moved to NYC in 2003 and pursued her Masters Degree in Music Business from NYU. She has since worked in A&R at Universal Motown Records, the La8n American division of Live Na8on, handled the general opera8ons of an independent label and distribu8on company and has consulted for many start ups and independent ar8sts. Azar has been managing events with LTB Entertainment since 2007 and handles promo8ons, marke8ng and administra8on for the company.



    Trevanna Entertainment - CEO Carl is an execu8ve producer, promoter and entertainment consultant with extensive experience in the radio, film, theater and music industries. For more than a decade Carl helped grow the concert-promo8on division of Metropolitan Entertainment as Senior Vice-President of Business Development: he secured exclusive agreements with venues such as New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom, produced the Backstreet Boys’ first-ever U.S. arena/amphitheater tour in 1998, established a corporate entertainment division for the company, and developed hip-hop partnerships, culmina8ng in The Dream Team and the super-successful “Up In Smoke” tours, featuring Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, and Eminem. He also nego8ated the largest webcast contract in history for Woodstock 1999 and led Metropolitan into the digital age by crea8ng and overseeing

    Mona is an American media mogul, television producer, execu8ve producer and entrepreneur. She is the CEO of the mul8-media entertainment company Monami Entertainment, best known for producing the VH1 reality television franchise Love and Hip Hop. Over the course of twenty years, the company helped launch and revamp the careers of music ar8sts such as Busta Rhymes, LL Cool J, Q-Tip, Foxy Brown, Ja Rule, Mobb Deep, 50 Cent, Mariah Carey, Fantasia and Missy EllioN, who she s8ll manages today.
